She finds inspiration from a line from a poem, a though, or reflecting on a certain event or emotion. Part of her process is based in Art Therapy and is part of her ongoing healing journey, and her inner reconciliation with her trauma.  Located in Ottawa, Ontario, her home based studio is a safe vibrant space where creativity flourishes.
